Coaches will develop an understanding of the benefits of group coaching while also recognizing limitations through examination of competencies and ethical frameworks. Coaches will identify appropriate communication strategies and best practices while engaging in group coaching sessions as both the coach and the client. Topics of discussion include impact of group coaching, limitations, program design, and group coaching skills.

Moderated conversation related to group coaching techniques and strategies. Shared information will be collected and disseminated by NACE following the event so that attendees may fully engage in whole group and/or small group discussion.

Knowledge Assessment: Upon successful completion and participation in the NACE Group Coaching Roundtable, named registrants who wish to receive a certificate of completion will be provided instructions to complete the online NACE Group Coaching Roundtable Knowledge Assessment. The assessment consists of 25 multiple-choice and true/false questions. Attendees scoring an 88 percent or better on the assessment will receive the NACE Group Coaching Roundtable Certificate of Completion. Successful completion of the roundtable and obtaining the certificate of completion can be used in part (4.5 hours) to meet the training requirements for the Board-Certified Coach credential offered through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
