More than a networking event, NACE virtual roundtables engage members located in your geographical region in deep-dive discussions of tried-and-true practices related to virtual recruiting, school selection, and mitigating bias in the recruiting process during the time of COVID-19. Information gathered from those in attendance can be implemented and shared within your team to meet organizational goals.
Topics of discussion are determined by attendees and moderated by NACE staff to ensure that every attendee’s voice is heard. Through organic dialogue and Q&A, attendees will gain insight into practical and tactical strategies from others with diverse perspectives.
