      Have you assessed your current employer outreach strategy lately? Would you like to improve and enhance your prioritization method for increased efficiency maximizing your reach?

      Join Jennie Marchal, from the Career Center at Vanderbilt University, to explore an employer outreach model to create a stronger target list to elevate your team and develop more intentional employer partnerships. Using an easily customizable model, participants will identify and assess partnerships, prioritize outreach strategy, and execute successfully. This process is useful for all centers regardless of location, size of team, or type of school.

      Following this program, you will be able to:

      • Assess current and potential employer partners;
      • Analyze impact and longevity of collaborative relationships;
      • Create a tier system to prioritize employer engagement and outreach efforts; and
      • Use an innovative employer outreach model to leverage institutional outcomes.

      During this one-hour webinar, the presenter will deliver a synchronized audio and PowerPoint presentation. Participants will have time for live Q&A throughout the program and may be asked to contribute opinions or feedback via live chat, virtual polling, and other mechanisms.

      Jennie Marchal, Associate Director, Career Center, Vanderbilt University

      Jennie Marchal, Associate Director of Vanderbilt University Career Center, provides vision, leadership, and oversight for relationship development with more than 500 recruiting organizations. Jennie optimized data collection and reporting for the Career Center, enabling the office to better identify successful initiatives. Jennie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s of Organizational Leadership and Learning from George Washington University.
