The 2018-19 Career Services Compensation Report is the third in the series and features detailed information regarding the compensation of career services professional staff. Previously, NACE had reported limited information about salaries for career services professionals in its career services benchmark survey report. Those reports did not detail items such as additional compensation in the form of bonuses, the average increase in base salary provided in the past year, or the employee benefits available to career services staff—all of which are included here.
New in this year’s report: This year’s report contains compensation information on several additional career services office positions, which were identified by a member task force charged with updating the survey. The additional positions are career coach, career adviser, and data analyst. The addition of these positions is designed to better reflect the nuanced ways career services staff interact with their clients as well as the more extensive reporting requirements offices are charged with in this day and age.
Positions included in this year’s report:
July 2019. 8 1/2" x 11”. 74 pages. PDF format.
