    Does your institution currently provide diversity-focused programming for your student population? Are you interested in gaining practical and high impact strategies to support and leverage students’ global and cultural fluency in conjunction with career fair preparation?

    Join NACE to examine high impact practices that engage constituents in purposeful and meaningful cultural conversations as an intentional component for career fair preparation. Explore challenges and areas for growth as well as enterprising methods to generate interest, awareness and attendance. Examine the Diversity Dialogues and International Student Success Career Week programs to identify immediate take-aways and strategies that can be incorporated within your own programming.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Identify campus partners for diversity programming which includes: key stakeholders, staff, faculty, and student organizations;
    • Implement diversity programming in conjunction with career fair preparation programming; and
    • Examine new strategies to bring students and employers together to improve students’ global/intercultural fluency.
