  • Summary

    If 2020 and 2021 were about innovation through necessity, then 2022 is where we get intentional about it. Hybrid working seems to be the way forward, and much has been invested in technologies to make this possible. But what about the less tangible benefits of in-person work—the watercooler moments, the cross-desk conversations, the building of networks, and the learning through osmosis that are so critical to early career professionals? In this session we look at how to replicate or find alternative ways to build a sense of belonging to engage and develop the future talent population. While this program is geared toward the employer audience, all are invited and welcomed to join the session.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Discuss the pros and cons of hybrid working for your future talent population;
    • Explain some of the more hidden consequences of hybrid working; and
    • Describe practical solutions that can help to ensure hybrid working works for your new hires.
