  • Summary

    Has there been such a pivotal point in our lifetime when emotions at work are heightened by overlapping world challenges? Studies reveal a large majority of workers are emotionally drained, burned out, or struggling to manage their workloads. A large portion of this population also report that their well-being had declined.

    Being able to adapt an emotional intelligence (EQ) mindset shift is one cure to address emotional drivers of burnout in the workplace. The emotional intelligence (EI) framework is shaped by experiences and reinforced through explicit instruction of social and emotional skills. An emotionally intelligent mindset shift requires the ability to manage our emotions and the emotions of others. While all are invited to attend the session, the content is largely geared toward the employer audience.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Propose emotional intelligence mindset shifts and best practices to cure emotional drivers of burnout in the workplace;
    • Understand how to identify varied emotional drivers of burnout in the workplace;
    • Apply practical ideas and approaches to cure emotional burnout; and
    • Reflect on methods to employ EQ to persist toward longstanding mindset shifts.
