    This presentation will engage employers by challenging the traditional methods of diversity recruiting at the university level. Branding our organizations as a community partner focused on promoting career readiness for area students and collaborating with local nonprofits to maximize results has yielded a diverse early careers pipeline as well as deepened State Street’s relationships with universities and other local stakeholders. The presentation will conclude with suggestions for employers on how to implement coordinated action at their organizations.

    • Better understand how to work with non-profit organizations and career services to help students with career readiness and employment opportunities;
    • Educate others around best practices for coordinating the local community partners with career services to achieve your organization’s diversity goals; and
