Florida A&M University’s (FAMU) Micro-Internship Program has resulted in hundreds of students participating in short-term, paid professional projects on behalf of companies nationwide. One of these is Trane Technologies who, thanks to FAMU’s program, is now leveraging this as an important recruiting tool.
