Leveraging Technology to Scale and Enhancing Support for Gen Z

How do you get students to the right level of service at the right time? Online modules offer a solution for scaling career services and connecting with Gen Z, and require little tech savvy to create. At the University of Minnesota, we leveraged new and existing technology platforms to create on-demand internship support for 14,000 liberal arts students. The presenters will share data from 12+ months of usage analytics and direct student feedback from usability evaluations.
