We've all seen the messages in our LinkedIn feeds. They start the same way, with either "Dear Recruiter" or "Dear Job Seeker," followed by a snide litany of the missteps and failures of the targeted population. What can we learn from these messages to improve the recruiting experience for job seekers and employers alike? What do you wish the other side knew? Learning Objectives: Generalize the main themes of “Dear Recruiter” and “Dear Job Seeker” messages.
