Description:
University career advisors are recommending students create ATS-friendly resumes that involve the format and content. The format is a reasonable consideration, but, from a content standpoint, ATS friendly may actually not lead to a “good” resume. This session will provide insights on the methodology of creating a good and ATS-friendly resume. Learning Objectives: Understand the hiring process in industry and the direction to guide students in the university. Learn the existing ATS evaluating tool's algorithm and how a resume with garbage data will receive a 100% ATS score showing that an ATS-friendly resume may not be a good resume. Learn the new algorithm, which can evaluate ATS score to drive students to create good and ATS-friendly resumes for job applications.
