Are you looking for untapped talent to fill job positions? Community colleges may be the answer, but many stakeholders do not know how to properly engage with this stakeholder group. Come learn how ASME is engaging with community colleges across the country to fill technical positions and leave with the tools to design your own plan. Learning Objectives: Understand the challenges and obstacles of engagement with administration, faculty, staff, and students on community and technical college campuses. Identify solutions and best practices for engaging with administration, faculty, staff, and students on community and technical college campuses. Develop a strategy to increase engagement activities on community and technical college campuses that attract and support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
