As digital natives, student users of Career Centers today expect personalized career information at their fingertips any time of day or night. To stay relevant, Career Centers must utilize technology to supplement and enhance in-person offerings to reach a larger range of students in a way that still feels “high touch.” This presentation will provide a baseline of market research on e-learning trends, considerations, and showcase best practices. Participants will have the opportunity to explore how to design career service delivery for the modern age, and learn how technology can help make learning more scalable/personal while maintaining its effectiveness.
