Learning Outcomes: Understand the bias and discriminatory ways professionalism has been used to exclude people in the U.S. workforce. Reflect on, imagine, and discuss new ways of preparing individuals for work and of creating inclusive workplaces in their own organizations. Gain the resources and tools to continue discussing with their workplaces and educational spaces the misuse of professionalism, how it excludes, and alternatives to create an inclusive culture.
