Offer Your Predictions for the Future of the Profession

Students will all have their own individual career counselors in the future.
Some counselors will work on college campuses, others will work by contract.
We will see 'virtual' employers conducting student interviews.
There will be a new population of students to support: parents will enroll to redo their college experience and/or to go through college alongside their children.
Career management will play a role in the field of genetics as scientists manipulate skill/proficiency levels along with color of the eyes.
