Meg Flournoy is an associate director of the Career Management Center at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Flournoy works primarily with students pursuing the financial services industry, although she also works extensively with undecided M.B.A. students. Flournoy developed coaching skills through positions at the University of Maryland, University College, Muhlenberg College, and Lafayette College. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with undergraduate liberal arts students, engineering students, and evening graduate school students. She has also worked with divisions of companies on the topics of staff development, self assessment, and team building. Flournoy holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from Lehigh University, and a bachelor's degree in political science from Susquehanna University. She is past president of the Susquehanna University alumni association.
