Flyer Insertion Program


To promote your organization, you may insert a one-page flyer into the registration bags that all conference attendees receive. Please see below guidelines:

  1. Fee is $1,000 per insert, payable by April 30, 2008.
  2. Flyers must be one 8 ½ x 11 sheet or smaller.
  3. NACE is not responsible for producing the flyer. You must produce 1,700 flyers and ship the flyers to NACE no later than May 5, 2008.
  4. You may not use the NACE name or logo on your flyer in any way that implies endorsement. NACE's name cannot be used in connection with commercial products, services, or ventures and NACE does not endorse the member's commercial products, services, or ventures.
  5. NACE must approve the final piece. The final piece must be submitted to NACE for approval prior to April 28, 2008.
