Here’s How it Works

Opening Panel Discussion: “Recruiting & Retaining Millennials”

Chris Resto, director of MIT’s undergraduate practice opportunities program and co-author of Recruit or Die: How Any Business Can Beat the Big Guys in the War for Young Talent.

Amy Lynch,  Generation Y columnist for Biz Journals, syndicated to business newspapers in more than 40 markets, and author of When the Flip Flop Fits, her system for Making Business Sense of Generation Y, published in Spring 2008.

Alexandra Levit, twenty-something consultant and author of  They Don’t Teach Corporate in College and How'd You Score That Gig?

Note: You must attend four of the eight live sessions to receive the conference certificate of completion.

Cost

Conference fees include the entire two-day online program: links to all the handouts and the archived presentations. Registration must be completed no later than August 7, 2008.

$495—Members
$895—Nonmembers
$1,395—Multi-user Site Registration License/Discount Rate. Pay one fee, set up a meeting room and your whole team can participate as a group! Learn new strategies and discuss their application to your projects at the same time! For three or more NACE members only. (Multi-user site not eligible for certificate.)

It's Easy Being Green

Get professional development while minimizing your “carbon footprint” by taking seminars and workshops online. These virtual workshops—delivered to your desktop—require a computer, an Internet connection, and a telephone.

Please remember that individual registrations cannot be shared with other individuals. Each registration entitles one person to participate in the two-day seminar, which includes the Opening Panel Discussion, four sessions, an archive of all sessions, and a conference Certificate of Completion.
