If you are looking for faster, more tangible results with students and alumni, the NACE Career Coaching Intensive Workshop is for you.
Career Coaching, developed by Katharine S. Brooks, director of liberal arts career services at The University of Texas at Austin, teaches you a new mindset, focusing on solutions, insight, and action.
In this two-day workshop, you will learn how to coach your students to:
- Turn problems into solutions;
- Turn “can’t” talk into “can” talk;
- Identify strengths instead of weaknesses; and
- Move toward outcome, action, and change.
