Gain the stools to direct your students toward outcome, action, and chnage. Motivate your students and effect change with NACE's Careeer Coaching Intensive Workshop

Join your colleagues for two days of intensive skill development to learn this
cutting-edge technique based on positive psychology and systems theory.

Who Should Attend?
NACE's Career Coaching Intensive provides a solid foundation for career services practitioners to work one-on-one or in groups with students and alumni who need guidance and direction in their career development and job searches. Regardless of your training or title, if you work in career services, you will want to learn the best tools and techniques being integrated into career services offices today.

Career coaching is not career counseling. It's a cutting-edge technique grounded in the behavior-based system of positive psychology and the complex nature of careers in the 21st century—the latest approach to promoting student career growth and development. (Read more about career coaching in the February 2, 2007, issue of Spotlight Online.)

You can be a career coach and focus your attention on direct client change—moving your student and alumni clients toward outcome, action, and change!

You will leave this two-day workshop with an action- and results-oriented mindset, including:
