JobWeb Specifications and Requirements

(This document refers to IAB standards.)

All ads should be submitted as they are to be displayed.  They should not require any editing, clipping, or additional white-space specifications. Please note: All material must be delivered five business days prior to scheduled start date to allow us to ensure your advertising materials are working properly on JobWeb.

Requirements for Animated/Flat Image Ads

The formats we support for ads include: .jpg, .gif, .swf, .wmv, .mov, .mpg. The maximum file size allowed: 35 Kb.

Ad dimensions & locations: 

120 x 240 IMU - (Vertical Banner) or   View Sample
125 x 125 IMU - (Square banner)   View Sample

180 x 150 IMU – (vertical banner) or View Sample
120 x 240 IMU – (horizontal banner) View Sample

 

Ads Containing Animation/Video***

The career videos are located in the upper right-hand corner of the JobWeb home page or in the upper left-hand corner of the Resumes & Interviews page.

Career videos should be accompanied with a stationary image (180 x 150 IMU View Sample ) to be used as a “click through” point for the video.  The video may reside on your web site*** or be placed on JobWeb, per your preference. All videos must include stop, play/replay, close, and audio control buttons

Career Video Requirements 

***Videos that are not being hosted by the NACE server do not need to conform to the file size or other video specifications.  If a video is NOT being hosted, the advertiser need only supply NACE with a flat image (of specified dimensions) and the complete URL of the video.
