Marilyn Mackes - Executive Director
Marilyn
Mackes is the executive director of the National Association of Colleges
and Employers (NACE), a position she assumed in 1997. Mackes leads an organization
of more than 3,100 employing organizations and educational institutions
engaged in the career development and employment process of college students
and alumni. In her extensive interactions with recruiting professionals,
leaders in business and education, and the media, she addresses issues such
as employment and salary trends, benchmarking and best practices, candidate
expectations and developing effective recruiting strategies.
As a leader and consultant in the corporate college relations and recruiting field, Mackes has worked with various professional, corporate, educational, and government organizations in the United States and abroad. She regularly conducts media interviews regarding the college employment market and has appeared on ABC Nightly News with Peter Jennings, CNN Headline News, MSNBC, CBS, and The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer.

Edwin
W. Koc - Director of Strategic and Foundation Research
Edwin W. Koc became the director of strategic and foundation research
at NACE in 2007. Prior to coming to NACE, Koc was the director of research
at the MidAtlantic Employers Association, where he supervised the development
and implementation of the association's compensation and employment benchmarking
surveys for 11 years. He was also the senior research analyst at the Pennsylvania
Economy League - Eastern Division for 11 years with responsibility for project
management and writing research reports on economic policy issues in southeastern
Pennsylvania. Koc has a B.S. in history from the University of Scranton
and has completed all the requirements, except the dissertation, for a Ph.D.
in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Camille
Luckenbaugh - Research Director
Camille Luckenbaugh is NACE's research director and provides NACE members
with relevant benchmarking data. She conducts surveys of NACE members and
analyzes and reports on experiential education (internships and cooperative
education), career development, and recruiting and hiring trends. Luckenbaugh
also reports on student opinions through an annual survey of new graduates
and alumni.

Andrea
J. Koncz - Employment Information Manager
Andrea Koncz is NACE's employment information manager. She analyzes and reports on employment and job market trends for new college graduates. She also researches starting salary information for NACE's Salary Survey report, and responds to inquiries regarding the national and regional job market for new college graduates, including starting salary information for more than 70 disciplines. She also reports on employers' hiring projections through NACE's annual Job Outlook report, and is available to discuss the recruiting methods employers favor, the skills they seek in college candidates, and the challenges they face in assimilating new hires into the workplace.
