    Coaching for Career Readiness is designed for university relations and recruiting professionals to enhance and expand their understanding of the NACE Career Readiness Competencies while gaining insight and practical coaching strategies for effective and full integration. Attendees will also explore measures to gauge success of implementation for both students and the organization.

    Following this program, you will be able to:

    • Articulate career readiness competencies and behaviors related to positive outcomes;
    • Assess your organization’s current state of understanding and assessment;
    • Describe and use coaching strategies to build stronger relationships;
    • Gain insight and best practices for coaching from different points of view; and
    • Create an action plan for implementation.

    Nicole Wormley, Senior Manager, U.S. Talent Acquisition, Campbell Soup Company

    Nicole is an established leader in talent acquisition with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and developing high performing teams. Nicole is presently the senior manager of talent acquisition with Campbell Soup Company and has responsibility for advancing the university recruitment and talent acquisition strategy, execution efforts, teams and external vendors/partners associated with both. Nicole also has responsibility for managing Campbell’s external recruitment strategy, media and campaigns.

    Prior to her current role, Nicole spent a little more than 8 years with Aramark Corporation. During her tenure there, Nicole spent 4 years leading the college recruitment program and the remaining time leading the talent acquisition team and efforts in the Higher Education business, which at that time was a $1.8-billion-dollar business.
