      Join NACE for the second Executive Leadership Symposium which is designed specifically for advanced-level career services practitioners.

      Higher education is in the midst of significant change, challenges, and disruption. Leading the way in career services requires a robust strategic leadership approach to achieve success in an increasingly challenging, complex, and demanding work environment. This environment is rich with opportunity for strategic leaders to impact student success, advance meaningful partnerships, and contribute to institutional effectiveness.

      Designed for inspiration, learning, dialogue, and action, this highly interactive and collaborative program provides you with the skills necessary to leverage the value of disruption, transform your operation through innovative leadership, and build sustainable impact for your institution, your team, your students and yourself.

      Led by experienced, innovative and highly respected industry leaders, participants will:

      • Examine factors contributing to change and disruption within higher education;
      • Identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration;
      • Explore solution-focused strategies to gain institutional buy-in for greater impact; and
      • Transition leadership philosophy and models to effectively meet the changing nature of the field.

      Advanced-level career services professionals, including NACE Management Leadership Institute alumni, currently serving in an executive leadership role and those who aspire to do so.

      The NACE Executive Leadership Symposium will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in the same venue as NACE19.

      Rooms are available for registered NACE attendees and exhibitors at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, 1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL. Make your reservations online or call 800.227.1500 (group name: NACE19). Discounted group rates begin at $239 per room for single occupancy (not including taxes and resort fee). The hotel will confirm your reservation within 72 hours after receiving your reservation request.

      The deadline for making reservations is May 3, 2019. After this date, we cannot guarantee availability of the group discounted rate.

      A deposit is required. The first night's deposit and a room tax of 12.5% of the total room charge will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. If you require a deposit receipt, please contact the hotel at 800.227.1500. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

      If you plan to use a company credit card that is not in your name or you will not have the credit card present at check-in, please ask for a credit card authorization form prior to arrival.
