Internships play a key role in the employment of new college graduates, providing employers with an effective means for developing a strong talent pipeline and students with an avenue by which to confirm career direction, build relevant skills, and connect with potential employers.
But internships are only a win-win if they’re done “right,” and questions abound:
Following this program, you will be able to:
Join NACE for the first NACE Internship Summit and dive into your most pressing challenges—as identified by you! The NACE Internship Summit is not your “regular” workshop: Content and speakers will be developed through crowdsourcing and selected by you and your fellow NACE members.
Using a crowdsourcing approach, the following have been identified as the top five challenges:
Provide a Solution
Do you have an innovative, practical, or strategic solution to the challenges presented?
Are you interested in participating in a friendly competition to share information?
Do you have a video enabled cell phone?
Then, why not share your solution?
Directions: Construct a 3-5 minute video that addresses one or more of the challenges presented. Upload your video via MyNACE by Friday, December 7, 2018.
To view the attendee list, your receipt, program detail and your confirmation, use the “I'd like to” option next to the NACE Internship Summit 2/18/19 listing in MyNACE Events.
