Employer Education and Training Task Force
Committee Charge: The charges for the Employer Education and Training Task Force for this year are:
1. In collaboration with NACE education and marketing research teams, review research and feedback on the current types of employer training offered and develop topics areas more fully.
2. In collaboration with NACE education and marketing research teams, identify the types of training preferred by employers (member and non-member) and recommend potential curriculum content.
3. Develop content for two, one-day or a two-day recruiter focused mini conferences including topics and speakers.
4. In collaboration with annual conference team, identify feasibility of a specialized annual conference program for senior employer staff.
