Leadership Development Task Force

Committee Charge: 1. Oversee the 2011-2012 Leadership Advance Program (LAP); determine training and activities for 2011-2012 LAP selectees. 2. Propose an integrated leadership development model for NACE that includes current programs such as the Leadership Advancement Program, the Member Volunteer Committee Program, the Mentoring Program and the Sourcing and Nomination process. Objectives include: a) creating a pipeline for NACE leadership; b) developing a strong sourcing/recruiting strategy for future leaders; c) providing for recognition of leadership; d) offering necessary leadership training; e) clarifying and communicating the model for members.
