Revised Principles Launch Task Force
Committee Charge: Description: The Task Force will outline strategy and actions for the successful launch of the revised Principles for Professional Practice to the NACE membership in FY17.
Charge(s): The Task Force will develop a comprehensive plan for 1) identification and development of relevant resources; 2) creation of training initiatives; 3) communication regarding background/context of Principles revisions and relevance to member needs. As needed, the Task Force will work in sub-teams to accomplish the charges.
Time-frame:
• By December 1, select/develop resources/guides to accompany the release of the revised Principles; staff and member volunteers will assist as needed to build the content required.
• By December 1, outline/develop a specific training plan within existing programs and with new initiatives.
• By December 1, develop a detailed communications plan for release of the Principles and the related resources/training opportunities.
Deliverables:
• Resources: revise existing resources and develop new offerings to strengthen understanding and use of the revised Principles.
• Training: embed content into existing programs and develop new offerings to assist members in adapting the revised Principles.
• Communications: outline what/when/how we will communicate with members regarding the revised Principles
