Registration
  • What are the dates and location for NACE26 Denver?

    This is an in-person conference at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO on June 9–11, 2026.

  • Is there a deadline to register and send in my payment?

    • Payment must be received by June 2, 2026.
    • The last day to submit payment by check is May 22, 2026.
    • After May 22, 2026, only credit card payments will be accepted.
    • Purchase orders are accepted throughout the year.

  • What is included in my full-conference registration for NACE26 Denver?

    Full-conference registrants enjoy access to concurrent sessions, events, and the Expo Hall, plus various meals and beverages, including:

      • Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
      • Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
      • Beverage breaks scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday

    Workshops are not included with full-conference registration. They require separate registration and an additional fee.

  • Can I get a copy of the registration form?

    Yes, you can download the registration form.

  • Is there a NACE member discount for conference registration and workshops?

    Yes, NACE members receive a discounted rate for full-conference and workshop registration. View the discounted member rates here. Not a member? Join NACE and get discounted NACE member rates for NACE26.

  • Must I be a NACE member to get the member registration rate?

    Yes, only NACE members are eligible for the discounted member rate. Not a member? Join NACE and get discounted NACE member rates for NACE26.

  • Are group rates available?

    Group rates are available for all NACE26 options: Denver, Virtual, and Combo (Denver plus Virtual).

    If five or more staff members from the same organization register, NACE will offer a 5% discount for each registrant at the applicable member or nonmember rate.

    If 10 or more staff members from the same organization register, NACE will offer a 10% discount for each registrant at the applicable member or nonmember rate.

    Please note: All registrations must be received simultaneously and billed on one invoice. This discount is automatically applied during the online registration process.

  • Can I use existing NACE credits on account to pay for NACE26 registration?

    You may use your NACE credit toward NACE26 attendee registration, sponsorship, or exhibiting. An email will be sent directly to you with your credit memo number and credit balance.

    Please contact [email protected] to have your credit memo applied to your invoice before payment.

  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

    To transfer your registration to a co-worker, please contact us at [email protected] by May 31, 2026. Please note: Additional charges may apply if a registration is transferred from a member to a nonmember.

  • How do I cancel my registration?

    NACE26 Denver + Combo Registration

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to the following refund policies:

    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before April 1, 2026 are refundable less a $250 administrative fee.
    • Cancellation requests submitted after April 1, 2026 are nonrefundable. Fifty percent (50%) of the value of the cancelled registration will be issued as NACE credit to be used by June 30, 2027.

    Upon review from NACE leadership, a decision will be made whether a refund or credit is applicable in the event of extenuating circumstances. Please contact us at [email protected] for more details.

    For the in-person products, no-shows at NACE26 Denver are not eligible for credit or refund and the virtual portion of the combo registration is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible.

    NACE26 Workshop Registration

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to the following refund policies:

    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before April 1, 2026 are refundable less a $50 administrative fee.
    • Cancellation requests submitted after April 1, 2026 are nonrefundable. Fifty percent (50%) of the value of the cancelled registration will be issued as NACE credit to be used by June 30, 2027.

    No-shows for NACE26 Workshops are not eligible for a credit or refund.

  • How do I submit an accommodation request?

    NACE is committed to providing conference experiences and environments that are welcoming, inviting, and user-friendly for all attendees. The conference planners recognize that some individuals require specific accommodations to ensure their full and equal participation at NACE26.

    Requests for specific accommodations, including the dates and times of anticipated services, must be received by [email protected] no later than May 1, 2026 to ensure those arrangements can be scheduled and confirmed prior to the conference.

  • Where will I pick up my name badge for NACE26 Denver?

    All badges will be picked up onsite at Main Registration at the Colorado Convention Center. Attendees and exhibitors who register in advance may pick up their badges during the following hours:

      • Monday, June 8, 2026  ∙ 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. MT
      • Tuesday, June 9, 2026 ∙ 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. MT
      • Wednesday, June 10, 2026 ∙ 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. MT
      • Thursday, June 11, 2026 ∙ 7:30 a.m. – Noon MT

  • Is the content for NACE26 Denver and NACE26 Virtual the same?

    No. We are proud to provide not only two different conference formats and experiences for a range of budgets and learning styles, but also two completely different sets of content and programming! So, if you love the NACE26 Denver lineup, please know that content is exclusive to Denver, so you’ll need to register for in-person to access it, as it will not be repeated for NACE26 Virtual. For those who purchase the Denver + Virtual combo, you get access to even MORE high-quality content and save 60% to 75% on your virtual registration!

  • How do I access the NACE26 attendee list?

    The attendee list is available at MyNACE > Events > 2026 NACE Conference & Expo > I’d Like To > View AttendeesNote: This list includes all NACE26 Denver and Virtual attendees combined. You must be registered for NACE26 to view this option in MyNACE.

  • Will handouts be available for conference sessions?

    Yes, many of the presentation handouts will be available one week prior to the conference in the NACE26 Mobile App.

  • When will the NACE26 Mobile App be available?

    The NACE26 Mobile App will be available in May 2026.

  • Can I earn continuing education clock hours for attending the conference?

    Many of the concurrent sessions offered at NACE26 will qualify for continuing education clock hours. Details will be available on the NACE26 Mobile App.

  • Can I reserve a seat in a specific workshop?

    No, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited in each workshop. Arrive early to ensure you get a seat. The fire code is very strict, and we cannot accommodate more people than there are seats. Standing is not allowed.

  • Can I host an event at NACE26?

    All events held in conjunction with the 2026 NACE Conference + Expo must be approved by NACE using the Event Host Form. NACE must approve all events regardless of event location (on or off property). Only conference attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers may host events in conjunction with NACE26, and NACE has the sole discretion to approve submitted event requests. Events must not conflict with the conference schedule.

  • What should I wear to the conference?

    Denver sits at an elevation of about 5,280 feet (1 mile high), which means the air is thinner than at sea level. While most people adjust quickly, some attendees may notice they tire more easily when walking, especially uphill or carrying bags. Staying hydrated and pacing yourself will help.

    In June, Denver’s weather is typically warm and sunny, with daytime highs averaging in the 70s–80s °F and cooler evenings in the 50s–60s °F. Sunlight can feel stronger at higher altitudes, so sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended. Afternoon thunderstorms are also common, so consider carrying a light rain jacket or umbrella.

    NACE26 offers a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can vary, so we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket. Walking between hotels and the convention center usually takes 10–15 minutes, so comfortable shoes and light layers are the best choice.

  • Are children allowed at the 2026 NACE Conference + Expo?

    Children (individuals under 18 years of age) are not allowed at NACE26 Denver. Only paid registrants wearing appropriate conference badges will be permitted to attend conference events, including the Expo Hall and social events.

  • How do I cancel my booth registration?

    NACE26 Exhibit Space Cancellation

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to the following refund policies:

    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before March 6, 2026, are refundable less a $250 administrative fee per booth.
    • Cancellation requests submitted after March 6, 2026, are nonrefundable.

    The above cancellation fee terms shall apply regardless of the execution date of the Exhibitor Agreement and regardless of any re-sale of booth space cancelled by Exhibitor.

    Upon review from NACE leadership, a decision will be made regarding if a refund or credit is applicable in the event of extenuating circumstances. Please contact [email protected] for more details.

    No-shows for exhibitors at NACE26 are not eligible for credit or refund.

  • How do I downsize my exhibit booth?

    NACE26 Exhibit Space Downsizing:

    Downsizing requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to the following refund policies:

    • Downsizing requests submitted on or before March 6, 2026, will have a fee equal to 25% of the difference in the cost between the originally assigned exhibit space and the cost of the reduced exhibit space.
    • Downsizing requests submitted after March 6, 2026, are nonrefundable.

    NACE has full authority to relocate any Exhibitor after downsizing of space.

  • How do I cancel my exhibitor and/or sponsor personnel registration?

    NACE26 Exhibitor and/or Sponsor Personnel Registration:

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to the following refund policies:

    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before April 1, 2026, are refundable less a $50 administrative fee per person.
    • Cancellation requests submitted after April 1, 2026, are nonrefundable. Fifty percent (50%) of the value of the cancelled registration will be issued as a NACE credit to be used by June 30, 2027.

Registration
  • What are the dates for NACE26 Virtual?

    The virtual conference will be held via the Zoom platform on June 24–25, 2026.

  • What is included in my full-conference registration for NACE26 Virtual?

    Virtual conference registrants get access to all virtual conference activities, including concurrent sessions, keynote addresses, networking events, as well as all recorded sessions after the event.

  • Is there a deadline to register?

    Yes, please register at least two business days prior to the event to ensure you receive access to the virtual event platform and to allow for adequate time to troubleshoot accessibility. Payment will be limited to credit card only beginning June 15, 2026.

    Note, there is no early-bird discount available for the virtual conference.

  • How do I register with my HBCU scholarship?

    Due to the generosity of NACE’s HBCU Summit sponsors, those who work in career services offices at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) qualify for a free scholarship to attend NACE26 Virtual.

  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

    Requests for registration transfers must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by June 23, 2026. Please note, there may be an additional fee if a registration is transferred from a member to a nonmember.

  • How can I cancel my registration?

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are subject to the following refund policies:

    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before June 12, 2026, are refundable and subject to a $50 administrative fee.
    • Cancellation requests received after June 12, 2026, are nonrefundable. Fifty percent (50%) of the value of the cancelled registration will be issued as a NACE credit to be used by June 30, 2027.

Virtual Event Platform
  • How will I access the NACE26 Virtual event platform?

    Approximately two days prior to the event, login instructions will be emailed to you. The emails will be sent from Zoom-no reply, so alert your IT department to ensure that email is not rejected. Please check your clutter, spam, or junk email folder if you do not receive the email. Contact NACE Meetings & Events at [email protected] if you do not receive the email and use the subject line: NACE26 Zoom login not received.
    Please note, login instructions are personalized and cannot be shared.

  • Will sessions be recorded? When will they be available?

    Keynote sessions and concurrent sessions will be recorded. Registered attendees will have immediate access to the recorded content in the virtual Zoom event platform for 60 days post-event.

  • What are the system requirements for the virtual platform?

    We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. Due to limitations within Zoom, attendees using Safari, Firefox, or other browsers may have to dial in via telephone in order to hear the meeting audio. Telephone dial-in numbers are provided once you join the broadcast.

    You do not need a Zoom account to participate in the sessions.

Important Reminder

Hotel reservations for NACE26 should only be made through the official instructions on the NACE event website. We do not work with third-party booking services, so do not share your personal or credit card information with anyone claiming to reserve rooms on our behalf. Be especially cautious of phone calls, emails, or faxes offering “special” hotel rates.

Also, we do not sell attendee lists. Any email offering to sell you the NACE26 attendee list is fraudulent and should be deleted immediately.
