What’s new in Denver

More facilitated networking. More intentional matchmaking. More conversations that matter.

Whether you’re new to the conference or ready to deepen your network, this year is designed to help you make the most of every connection.

Connection Hub

Attendee-generated, topic-driven conversations connecting colleges and employers. Choose up to three curated Braindates (6–8 participants each) and begin building relationships before you even arrive in Denver. A powerful opportunity for colleges seeking deeper engagement with employers.

Braindate

One-on-one and small group conversations about the topics you care about. Post a challenge, share an idea, or join a discussion — then meet in a dedicated Braindate space in the Expo Hall. Fully integrated into the mobile app for seamless scheduling. Ideal for first-time attendees looking to quickly build meaningful connections.

Idea Exchanges

45-minute, peer-to-peer conversations designed to spark ideas and practical takeaways. No presentations — just facilitated discussions where attendees guide the dialogue in real time.

More info coming soon.

NACE Un-sessions

Interactive, high-energy sessions featuring games, trivia, and dynamic discussion — no slide decks, no lectures. Just engaging, NACE-focused learning (plus a few special guest voices).

More info coming soon.

Smarter Connections

You asked for more meaningful ways to connect—and we listened.

This year, we’re introducing a new experience powered by the Braindate platform, designed to make networking more intentional and more valuable.

Connect through topic-driven conversations, small-group discussions, and one-on-one meetings with the people you most want to meet.
