Position Statements

Comments on Title IX Public Hearing

NACE, in conjunction with more than 50 other associations in the Washington Higher Education Secretariat, provided comments to U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights, on improving enforcement of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The comments specifically focus on the 2020 amendments to the Title IX regulations.
