Registration

  • What are the dates and location for NACE24 Phoenix?

    This is an in-person conference at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ on June 3–5, 2024.

  • Is there a deadline to register?

    The early-bird rate is available through April 1, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (ET). The standard rate will begin on April 2, 2024.

    Registration will close May 31, 2024. Payment must be received by June 2, 2024. Credit card payments and official purchase orders will only be accepted after May 31st. Please contact events@naceweb.org with any questions.

  • What is included in my full-conference registration for NACE24 Phoenix?

    Full-conference registrants enjoy access to concurrent sessions, events, and the Expo Hall, plus various meals and beverages, including:

    • Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments on Monday and Wednesday evenings
    • Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
    • Beverage breaks before sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday

    Your full-conference registration does not include preconference workshops. They require separate registration and an additional fee.

  • Can I get a copy of the registration form?

    Yes, you can download the registration form. Return the completed form with payment to:

  • Is there a NACE member discount for conference registration and preconference workshops?

    Yes, NACE members receive a discounted rate for full-conference registration. View the discounted member rates here. Not a member? Join NACE and get discounted NACE member rates for NACE24.

  • Must I be a NACE member to get the member registration rate?

    Yes, only NACE members are eligible for the discounted member rate. Not a member? Join NACE and get discounted NACE member rates for NACE24.

  • Are group rates available?

    Group rates are available for all NACE24 options: Phoenix, Virtual, and Combo (Phoenix plus Virtual).

    If five or more staff members from the same organization register, NACE will offer a 5% discount for each registrant at the applicable member or nonmember rate.

    If 10 or more staff members from the same organization register, NACE will offer a 10% discount for each registrant at the applicable member or nonmember rate.

    Please note, all registrations must be received simultaneously and billed on one invoice. This discount is automatically applied during the online registration process.

  • Can I use existing NACE credits on account to pay for NACE24 registration?

    You may use your NACE credit toward NACE24 attendee registration, sponsorship, or exhibiting. An email will be sent directly to you with your credit memo number and credit balance.

    Please contact events@naceweb.org to have your credit memo applied to your invoice before payment.

  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

    To transfer your registration to a co-worker, please contact NACE Meetings & Events at events@naceweb.org by May 31, 2024. Please note: Additional charges may apply if a registration is transferred from a member to a nonmember.

  • How do I cancel my registration?

    NACE24 Phoenix & Virtual Combo Registration
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@naceweb.org and are subject to the following refund policies:

    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before April 5, 2024, are refundable less a $150 administrative fee.
    • Cancellation requests submitted on or before May 5, 2024, are 50% refundable.
    • Cancellation requests submitted after May 5, 2024, are nonrefundable. 50% of the value of the cancelled registration will be issued as a NACE credit to be used by June 20, 2025.

    Upon review from NACE leadership, a decision will be made regarding if a refund/credit is applicable in the event of extenuating circumstances. Please contact events@naceweb.org for more details.

    No-shows at NACE24 are not eligible for a credit or refund. The virtual portion of the combo registration is non-transferable.

    NACE24 Preconference Workshops
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@naceweb.org and are subject to the following refund policies:

  • How do I submit an accommodation request?

    NACE is committed to providing conference experiences and environments that are welcoming, inviting, and user-friendly for all attendees. The conference planners recognize that some individuals require specific accommodations to ensure their full and equal participation at NACE24.

    Requests for specific accommodations, including the dates and times of anticipated services, must be received by events@naceweb.org no later than April 7, 2024, to ensure those arrangements can be scheduled and confirmed prior to the conference.

  • Where will I pick up my name badge for NACE24 Phoenix?

    All badges will be picked up on-site at the Phoenix Convention Center. Attendees and exhibitors who register in advance may pick up their badges during the following hours:

    • Monday, June 3, 2024 ∙ 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. MT
    • Tuesday, June 4, 2024 ∙ 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. MT
    • Wednesday, June 5, 2024 ∙ 7:30 a.m. – Noon MT

  • Is the content for NACE24 Phoenix and NACE24 Virtual the same?

    No. We are proud to provide not only two different conference formats and experiences for a range of budgets and learning styles, but also two completely different sets of content and programming! So, if you love the Phoenix lineup, just know that that content is exclusive to Phoenix, so you’ll need to register for in-person to access it, as it will not be repeated for NACE Virtual. And for those who partake in the Phoenix + Virtual combo, it means you’re getting access to even MORE high-quality content, and saving 60 – 75% on your virtual registration!

  • How do I access the NACE24 attendee list?

    The attendee list is available at MyNACE > Events > 2024 NACE Conference & Expo > I’d Like To > View Attendees. Note: This list includes all NACE24 Phoenix and Virtual attendees combined. You must be registered for NACE24 to view this option in MyNACE.

  • Will handouts be available for conference sessions?

    Yes, many of the presentation handouts will be available one week prior to the conference in the NACE24 Mobile App.

  • When will the NACE24 mobile app be available?

    The NACE24 Mobile App will contain the conference program and schedule and will be available in late May 2024. Download it on any iOS or Android device for the full-conference program, including session descriptions, times, and events.

  • Can I get continuing education clock hours for attending the conference?

    Many of the concurrent sessions offered at NACE24 will qualify for continuing education clock hours. Details will be available on the NACE24 Mobile App.

  • Can I reserve a seat in a specific workshop?

    No, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited in each workshop. Arrive early to ensure you get a seat. The fire code is very strict, and we cannot accommodate more people than there are seats. Standing is not allowed.

  • Can I host an event at NACE24?

    All events held in conjunction with the 2024 NACE Conference & Expo must be approved by NACE using the Event Host Form. NACE must approve all events regardless of event location (on or off property). Only conference attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers may host events in conjunction with NACE24, and NACE has the sole discretion to approve submitted event requests. Events must not conflict with the conference schedule.

  • What should I wear to the conference?

    NACE24 is set in a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can be cool, and the walk from your hotel to the convention center can take 10-15 minutes in the very warm Phoenix sun; please dress appropriately.   • Are children allowed at the 2024 NACE Conference & Expo?

    Although attendees may bring family members to the conference location, only paid registrants wearing appropriate conference badges will be permitted to attend conference events.

  • What are the dates and location for NACE24 Virtual?

    We are holding the virtual conference on June 26–27, 2024.

  • What is included in my full-conference registration for NACE24 Virtual?

    Virtual conference registrants get access to all virtual conference activities, including concurrent sessions, keynote addresses, networking events, as well as all recorded sessions after the event.

  • Is there a deadline to register?

    Yes, please register one week prior to the event. Registration will close May 31, 2024. Payment must be received by June 2, 2024.

    Payment for NACE24 Virtual is due by June 19, 2024, to receive login instructions and to ensure you receive access to the virtual event platform and to allow for adequate time to troubleshoot accessibility.

    Note, there is no early-bird discount available for the virtual conference.

    Due to the generosity of NACE’s HBCU Summit sponsors, those who work in career services offices at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) qualify for a free scholarship to attend NACE24 Virtual.

  • How do I cancel my registration?

Virtual Event Platform

  • How will I access the NACE24 virtual event platform?

    We suggest you register two weeks prior to the conference to ensure you receive access to the platform and to allow for adequate time to troubleshoot accessibility.

    Approximately one week prior to the event, login instructions will be emailed to you. Please check your clutter, spam, or junk email folder if you do not receive the email. Contact NACE Meetings & Events at events@naceweb.org, 610.625.1026 if you do not receive the email.

    Please note, login instructions are personalized and cannot be shared.

  • Will sessions be recorded? When will they be available?

    Concurrent sessions will be recorded. Registered attendees will have access to the recorded content in the virtual event platform approximately five business days after the sessions conclude.

    Keynote sessions and networking events will not be recorded.

  • What are the system requirements for the virtual event platform?

    We strongly recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. Due to limitations within Zoom, attendees in Safari, Firefox, or other browsers may have to dial in via telephone in order to hear the meeting audio. Telephone dial-in numbers are provided once you join the broadcast.

    You do not need a Zoom account to participate in the sessions.
