    At CUNY Lehman, The College of Business implemented LEAP (Learn, Empower, Ascend, Progress), a competency-based, co-curricular engagement initiative, to combat career readiness and to prepare their students for long-term success following graduation. LEAP, powered by Suitable, is a mobile platform that helps business students develop key skills desirable to employers outlined by NACE's core competencies through participation in experiential learning and co-curricular activities. Students can track and monitor their progress in real-time with their co-curricular transcript and ePortfolios and earn shareable digital badges and achievements to reflect their skill development as they level up through the program.
