  Join us for a practical strategy session for employers and universities on scaling partnerships without adding complexity. We’ll share three programs built around experiential learning that help employers deepen engagement at priority schools, expand involvement beyond the initial program, and connect with campuses they haven’t reached before, through school-led initiatives that make participation easy. 

  You’ll also see how outcomes data including skills evidence, real-work deliverables, and manager feedback, turn early wins into repeatable, measurable partnership growth. 

  Following this program, you will be able to:

  • Apply three proven approaches to deepen priority-school engagement and expand to new campuses through short-term, paid projects.
  • Identify the key inputs to launch a repeatable employer–university partnership program that drives repeated engagement and sustained involvement.
  • Measure partnership ROI using outcomes data (e.g. skills evidence, deliverables, and manager feedback) to improve decisions and scale impact.

  Kristin Schrader, Vice President of Partnerships, Parker Dewey

  Kristin Schrader is the Vice President of Partnerships for Parker Dewey where she collaborates with over 900 colleges and universities and nonprofit organizations nationwide who are interested in supporting students, employer partners, and alumni in Micro-Internship opportunities. She also runs a variety of grant and corporate-funded programs to support early-career recruiting and experiential learning engaging students at all stages of their professional career. Kristin has career services experience at four universities and has also worked in human resources, corporate recruiting, and training and development.
