Summary
Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at Belmont University’s innovative "WELL Core" and "My Career Plan" initiatives. Through a strategic partnership with Suitable, we moved beyond fragmented engagement by building a unified, mobile-first solution that guides students from their first year to post-graduation.
In this session, we demonstrate how this allows Suitable to measure students' progress across four developmental pillars, earn points/badges, and engage in meaningful reflection. We also explore how to scale observer feedback using the NACE Ready Assessment to validate skills across internships and student employment. Discover how to create a seamless ecosystem connecting wellness, co-curricular experiences, and career competency."
