Drawing on data from more than 360 colleges and universities nationwide, the report breaks down outcomes by degree level and other key factors, including who got jobs (plus their average starting salary), continued their education, entered the military, or were still searching. 

 Together, the free report and interactive dashboard give you the most comprehensive view of early career outcomes for the Class of 2024 — covering data for more than 823,500 graduates, including:

  • 571,500—28.9%—of all bachelor’s degree graduates;
  • 201,000—21.2%—of all master’s degree graduates;
  • 37,000—17.1%—of all doctoral degree graduates; and
  • 14,000—1.4%—of all associate degree graduates.
