      • How does the changing landscape impact the nature and work of career services and university relations and recruiting in the future?
      • How will this affect career services- employer relationships?
      • What is your organization doing to prepare for change? What is your role in leading change within your organization and with your stakeholders?
      • What can NACE do to support your change efforts?

      12:15 p.m. Final Thoughts/Discussion

      Participants engage in a review of the morning’s insights and ideas as a foundation for developing action plans in preparing for the future.

      Matthew Brink

      Matthew Brink, Assistant Executive Director, NACE

      Matthew Brink is assistant executive director for programs and services for the National Association of Colleges and Employers. He oversees professional development services, meetings and events, and all research initiatives. An experienced professional in the field, Brink has overseen career services in a variety of institutions, including, most recently, the University of Delaware, and has been active in employer-focused activities.
