    • Summary

      Campus visits, events, and pipelining talent are expensive. Are you using your past interns to succeed? According to research from Keller Fay Group, overall, only 8 percent of brand conversations are truly negative, and 66 percent of brand conversations are truly positive. Potential customers are now potential hires. How can one use practical-based strategies to engage students when they return to campus? Participants will be able to define and articulate the exact need for a campus ambassador program for their recruiting strategy moving forward.

      Following this program, you will be able to:

      • Explore why most campus ambassador programs fail and what methods can be used to increase these efforts;
      • Investigate the value of a formalized campus ambassador program on recruiting efforts; and
      • Identify best practices in campus recruiting and why an informal campus ambassador can do more harm than good.
