Learners will explore assessments and applicability in higher education, businesses, and organizations to gain a solid understanding of how assessments can enhance the coach/client relationship resulting in positive outcomes. Attendees will examine the coaching process and gain strategies to provide specific and purposeful feedback as part of a comprehensive coaching plan.

Knowledge Assessment: Upon successful completion and participation in the NACE Assessments for Coaching Intensive I workshop, named registrants who wish to receive a certificate of completion will be provided instructions to complete the online NACE Assessments for Coaching Intensive I Knowledge Assessment. The assessment consists of 25 multiple-choice and true/false questions. Attendees scoring an 88 percent or better on the assessment will receive the NACE Assessments for Coaching Intensive I Certificate of Completion. Successful completion of the workshop and obtaining the certificate of completion can be used in part (7.5 hours) to meet the training requirements for the Board Certified Coach credential offered through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
Webcast: During this full-day webcast, presenter will deliver a synchronized audio and PowerPoint presentation through direct instruction. Participants will have time for live Q&A throughout the program and may be asked to contribute opinions or feedback via live chat, virtual polling, and other mechanisms.
