Join Kate Brooks and Grace Foy, Vanderbilt University, to gain practical and customizable coaching strategies to improve services and outcomes using visual thinking as part of the career development process. Research indicates that clients respond better to coaching sessions when visual exercises are used to help explore careers, develop an understanding of self, and leverages client’s ability to network and connect with employers which results in improved client feedback.
