During this session, we will discuss ways that both companies and colleges can leverage short-term, professional projects to effectively recruit college students for summer internships and full-time roles during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will highlight strategies and best practices used by companies that expand access to students, build employer brand, drive diversity, and enhance conversion irrespective of students' return to campus in the fall.
