    Are you interested in gaining strategies and resources designed specifically for smaller institutions? Have you explored hosting a reverse career fair?

    The reverse career fair offers a viable alternative to students seeking life-changing opportunities and to employers who are hungry for new talent. Join Ben Heins, Coordinator of Internships and Service Learning at University of South Florida, and Bart Stucker, Coordinator of Orientation & Recreation Programs, also at University of South Florida, to learn how small but mighty sister campuses successfully design and execute a reverse career fair. Twenty-six students tabled for 62 employer guests. Of the 22 survey respondents, 17 were offered full-time jobs and/or internships, and 14 accepted. Employers universally praised the format and student performance. Examine a toolkit for planning, executing, and expanding, your very own reverse career fair to significantly improve and enhance institutional outcomes.
