Join Ben Heins, Coordinator of Internships and Service Learning at University of South Florida, and Bart Stucker, Coordinator of Orientation & Recreation Programs, also at University of South Florida, to learn how small but mighty sister campuses successfully design and execute a reverse career fair. Twenty-six students tabled for 62 employer guests. Of the 22 survey respondents, 17 were offered full-time jobs and/or internships, and 14 accepted. Employers universally praised the format and student performance.
