Job Outlook 2024 (Nonmember)

Summary

Employers Value Higher Ed Degrees—BOTH in-person and online

The Job Outlook survey has revealed that employers do value the college degree. Find this, and other insights in the 2024 Job Outlook survey, a forecast of hiring intentions of employers as they relate to new college graduates.

We gather insights each year when NACE surveys its employer members about their hiring plans and other employment-related issues. These data help to project the market for new college graduates for the current class and to assess a variety of conditions that may influence that market.

Note: Data for the Job Outlook 2024 survey were collected from August 2, 2023, through September 18, 2023.
