Maura Quinn, VP, Early Talent Acquisition & Engagement Prog, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company

Maura Quinn is a nationally recognized leader in early talent strategy and inclusive recruitment, with more than 20 years of experience shaping university relations and emerging talent programs. She currently serves as vice president of early talent acquisition and inclusive engagement programs at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she leads a team responsible for building a strong, inclusive pipeline of early-career talent across the organization. Maura is known for advancing innovative recruiting technologies, applying data-driven decision-making, and developing high-impact programs that position Liberty Mutual as an employer of choice. Her work has earned multiple national awards for excellence in recruiting, technology, and student engagement. A 20-year member of NACE, Maura has served as Vice Chair (2024 – present) and previously on the NACE Board of Directors (2019 – 2021). She also contributes to the field through advisory roles with several business affiliates and as a civic partner supporting youth employment initiatives in Boston. Maura began her career out of college at Liberty Mutual and has since dedicated herself to designing and continuously enhancing inclusive recruitment strategies for internships and entry-level roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and marketing from Boston College. Maura has received multiple distinctions, including the 2016 NACE/DirectEmployers Catalyst Award; the 2023 RippleMatch Exceptional Leader Award, Enterprise Early Career Program; and the 2024 Women We Admire, Top Women Leaders of Massachusetts.

Simon Kho, Principal, KhoLabs LLC

Simon Kho is vice president and head of campus recruiting at Raymond James Financial. He leads the team responsible for expanding the attraction, engagement, recruitment, and advancement of university students through diversity pipeline programs, summer internships, and new hire development programs. He has led talent management and acquisition functions, domestically and internationally, across many industries, including professional services, fintech, energy, investment banking, leadership consulting, and financial advisory. Kho has also worked in higher education administration at both private and public universities prior to moving into corporate human capital roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a master’s degree from Fordham University.
