ATS is a popular recruitment tool. More than 95% of Fortune 500 companies use ATS to simplify their hiring processes. This presentation will draw on a mix of the presenter's extensive experience with ATS and research to better prepare university career development professionals to support their students and alumni as they use these systems. The session will include an overview of ATS, a tutorial to show how resumes are rated, ATS-friendly resume examples, and a large group discussion to engage participants.
