  • Summary

    In 2020-21, there were more than 900,000 international students at U.S. post-secondary education institutions. International students experience unique career development difficulties and need tailored support from university career services departments. This presentation explores strategies for supporting international students. The presenter will also discuss best practices within the field that are used for providing support that is tailored specifically to international students. Personalized career advising and career events, tailored to meet the needs of international students, are key components of the University Career Center approach at The University of Texas at Dallas.
