NACE, higher ed associations oppose proposed rule around admission for international students

NACE, along with more than 50 higher ed associations, sent a letter to the Department of Homeland Security outlining concerns about a proposed rule that would establish a fixed time period for admission for international students. The letter outlines the organizations’ concerns, including that the rule would create unreasonable time limits for international students and would have a “devasting impact on institutions, international students, and the entire U.S. economy.”
