In a letter to Joseph B. Edlow, director, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, more than 30 higher education associations, including NACE, expressed concern about delays in the processing time for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewal applications. The median processing time for a DACA renewal grew from two weeks in fiscal year 2025 to 2.3 months.
