NACE, higher ed associations seek clarification, request exemption for H-1B fee

NACE joined more than 50 higher ed associations in a letter to the Department of Homeland Security seeking clarification around the $100,000 fee for H-1B visas, including confirmation that a change of status is not subject to the fee, and requesting an exemption for higher ed.
