NACE joins higher ed associations in comments to USCIS regarding H-1B lottery

Along with approximately 20 higher ed associations, NACE provided U.S. Customs and Immigration Services with comments regarding the proposed H-1B lottery. In part, the comments note that the proposed rule would have an “enormous negative impact” on international students and “dramatically reduce access to the H-1B visa program for early career professionals.”
